Social Services

Erwin Health Care Center Social Services will assess the needs of the resident and create an action plan to deliver the necessary resources. The department works with each client individually to address specific needs and provide services to help them overcome challenges. Often, this requires staff members to liaise with outside social service agencies to best serve the needs of our residents.
